What does His Majesty Coach charge for band tour bus rentals?
Just to be clear, His Majesty Coach is a charter service, not a rental company. We only rent (charter) our coaches with our own professional drivers. That being said, if you’re interested in our band tour bus charters, then check out our rough ball park rates below.
Rates for Band Tour Bus Rentals Charters
Our rates have a combination of some daily and mileage fees, so without knowing your planned travel itinerary, it will be tough to say. It could run anywhere from $1,000 – $1,299 per day if you’re traveling 300 – 499 miles per day. It could run about $1,300 – $1,500 if you’re traveling 500 – 600 miles per day. The more miles you travel each day, the more it cost. The less miles you travel each day, the less it cost.
Also keep in mind that His Majesty Coach usually dispatches all of our coaches out of Atlanta, GA. This means if your pick up is somewhere else other than Atlanta, then you’ll have to pay deadhead fees.
Additional Things to consider
We have a variety of band tour buses. The rates also vary on these, too. Newer coaches WITH sliding lounges cost a little more per day compared to older coaches WITHOUT sliding out lounges.
